Westmoreland Casemanagement & Supports, Inc (WCSI)

WCSI offers many specialized service programs created to provide individuals and their families with the most helpful and effective resources, care, and treatment. Most of our programs are based on certain eligibility factors which are determined and addressed during our initial review and intake process. Once we have established whether or not the individual in question is eligible, we begin to build a services plan that is custom-tailored to you or your loved one’s unique needs and goals.
Our goal is to serve and provide support to enhance each person’s individual abilities and to help them participate as valued, integrated members of their community.

A Trained Mobile Team provides face-to-face intervention in assisting those in crisis in a variety of situations, addressing such issues as suicidal and homicidal ideation, uncontrollable family
members, and poor medication management.

The BrainSTEPS Program builds
a bridge connecting the medical, rehabilitation, education sectors and families following student (K-12) acquired brain injury (ABI).

PAHrtners Deaf Services
Offers a wide-range of behavioral, developmental and therapeutic support programs to Deaf and Hard of Hearing
individuals in an environment free of cultural or language barriers. The individuals we serve have psychological and/or behavioral health needs; some have intellectual disabilities. Most of our staff members
are Deaf/Hard of Hearing (HoH). Therefore, nearly all PAHrtners employees are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and versed in Deaf culture.)

how to get transportation to various appointments they may have.
