Consider limiting the amount of media exposure
Encourage children to ask questions and use age appropriate explanations
Review safety procedures and preventative measures
Make and keep a schedule while at home and away from regular activities. Keep meals, bedtime and other routines as close to typical as possible
Take time to have FUN and enjoy time together
